Four Seasons Nevis, Luxury Destination Wedding LocationNevis, West Indies
I am back home in Florida after a fabulous Venue Safari to check out the island of Nevis and the gorgeous Four Seasons Resort, Nevis.
If you are looking for a luxurious destination resort with an exotic feel (and without the super long flight) then the Four Seasons Nevis is a perfect spot for your big day. The resort can accommodate weddings from 2 to 200+ and have a variety of wedding ceremony and reception location options.
This is the perfect place to just RELAX… but for your guests who like to keep busy there are plenty are activities they can choose from. Three pools are located through out the resort… each of them with infinity edges and one “Adult Only” pool for those seeking quiet. Don’t miss a chance to relax on the pools beanbag floats with a icy beverage in hand- amazing! Hotel staff can coordinate off-site hiking excursions, sailing or fishing trips, snorkeling and more. The resort’s world-renowned spa and golf course are perfect options for bridal party activities.
There four fantastic restaurants on-site, each with their own unique cuisine and ambiance. There are plenty of options for each meal for your guests as well as prompt service in-room and at the pools and beach. You can even rent out some of these restaurants for your destination wedding rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, cocktail hour or wedding reception.
A variety of destination wedding ceremony options are available… two beach wedding ceremony locations and a lawn… all overlooking the gorgeous Caribbean sea. Indoor ballrooms are available should you choose to be inside or in case of inclement weather. You can also rent one of the hotels restaurants, such as Cabanas as a spot for your welcome party or rehearsal dinner.
If I were to plan a wedding at the Four Seasons Nevis, here are the locations I would choose:
A Caribbean seaside beach wedding ceremony on the beach followed by sunset cocktails on the lawn with steel pan music….serving mini jerk chicken sliders, conch fritters, mango mojitos and such. After cocktails, lead guests over the bridge from the lawn to Mango, decorate the bridge with flowers or weaved with fabric. Host dinner and dancing at Mango… I adore the existing set-up so I recommend clearing out a bit of the existing furniture for a dance floor and keeping the feel as is: modern, chic Caribbean. This event space is gorgeous with an incredible view… a truly show-stopping, jaw-dropping destination wedding location.
PS: Be sure to wander next door to the Four Seasons Nevis property to stop by Sunshine’s for a famous Killer Bee!
